My Story
Welcome to Carnivore RN! I’m Michelle Smith and I've been a registered nurse for more than 20 years.
After my own struggles with chronic illness — from fatigue and fibromyalgia to anxiety and depression — I learned first hand how powerful nutrition and lifestyle changes can be.

Through years of research, curiosity, and self-healing, I found the carnivore diet to be one of the most transformative tools in my recovery. Now, I help other women explore this lifestyle safely, confidently, and
with the insight of a nurse.
